Affiliated centres:
Your individual email address (not a centre or C&K centre email address) is your username.
NOTE:
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "I've forgotten my username/password" link, to receive an email (to the email account registered), with a ONE-TIME link, to reset your password. Follow the instructions noted in the email regarding the password requirements. Confirm the password reset by closing the window/tab and reopening a new window/tab. Then log-in using your username and new password.
